  • Contact Number(s).
  • Email Address.
  • Address/Residence.
  • Personal Presence of Buyer or His/Her Official Attorney at the Sales Office.
  • Signing of Contract by Both Parties.
  • Payment Terms: Cash payment or 30% at the time of contract, depending on the agreed payment plan.
  • For Installment Sales: Payment of the remaining 70% in monthly installments over 24 months.
  • Issuance of an official Sharia title deed (قباله شرعی) in the name of the buyer after full payment of installments.
  • Delivery of Apartment and It's Keys to The Buyer.
