Development Plan
Sultanzada Residential Complex comprises six residential blocks, being developed in two planned phases. The development follows a structured construction schedule, with individual blocks progressing according to the overall project plan.
Phase 1 — A2, A3 & A1
- A2: Construction is approximately 50% complete.
- A3: Construction has recently commenced.
- A1: Construction is scheduled to commence within the next six months.
Phase 2 — B1, B2 & B3
Blocks B1, B2, and B3 will be developed as part of the second phase, with construction commencing according to the project’s planned construction cycle.
The overall development is planned for completion within approximately four years. However, individual blocks are not required to wait for completion of the entire project before becoming operational. Each block is expected to be ready for use approximately two years after construction begins on that block, allowing completed blocks to be occupied while construction continues on the remaining blocks.
Construction of the blocks is planned to commence at approximately six-month intervals, creating a structured and progressive development schedule.
